People always differed in their beliefs and the ways they expressed their connectedness with god and nature but as far as the construction of pyramids they were surprisingly congruent.
Pyramids out of stone, metal, clay...etc. were raised all over the world throughout almost all eras.
They were built by Egyptians, Tibetans, Toltecs, Olmeks, Mayans, Mesopotamians... etc.

Edgar Cayce (the sleeping prophet) the most famous American Clairvoyant and mystic of the 20th century thought that the highly developed Atlantean were the originators of a "labyrinth" of secret knowledge.
The signs of this we can find up until now because before the catastrophe they emigrated throughout the world. This is the reason for the similarities of Egyptian, Peruvian, Mexican, Central American and other cultures.
Except for the massive structures in Giza, the biggest known pyramid is located in Central America.

During the time when Catholic Churches were built on places of power and were designed by deeply inspired artists, the roofs of churches and bell towers had the shape of pyramids.
Another theory hypothesizes that pyramids came from other highly developed extra-terrestrial civilizations and were brought to Earth.
There is a supposition that pyramids are the creation of people who used to live on the Earth during the stone age.
Miners and other workers frequently find tools or pieces of jewelry which come from a time when there was supposed to be only prehistoric vegetation on the Earth.
Another theory says that a very old mythological civilization was the originator of the big statues on Easter Island and the geogliphs on the Nazca Plateau.
Erich von Daniken in his book Chariots of the Gods wrote that the pyramids were built by extraterrestrials.
The mystery of strange energy characteristic in the inside of the Cheops Pyramid and its replicas have increased the number of people who believe that the whole complex of ancient structures is a message from the past.

Many people involved in spiritual development believe that these structures were constructed by mystics who perceived messages from guardian spirits who were watching over our development.

There were many different forms and proportions of pyramids always relating to different frequencies necessary for human development at a certain place and time.
Classic pyramids (Cheops or Mayans) moved humanity out of the stone age.
As dimensional forms a male triangle pointing upward is a symbol of the era of male domination.
They activated the male aspect in all of us: activity, aspirations, dynamics, developing the power of the reasoning mind and the push toward the development of civilization...they fulfilled their task and now they have only a historic, sentimental value.
We must admit that they still enchant us by the mystical emanation of energy and their shape.
Currently when modern civilization can become a tool of self destruction (an effect of using the logical mind without love) we need accelerated access to inner knowledge and energy for developing spiritual power and female intuition.
