 HISTORY OF MAGICAL SCEPTERS IN EUROPE
Not many people realize that the "fairy" wand and scepter is in fact the same instrument.
The old priests used them skillfully, and their unquestionable KNOWLEDGE also gave unlimited, spiritual, as well as, secular power over people.
That is where the close relationship between the words priest (clergyman) and prince (ruler) comes from.
 Every Brightly Enlightened ruler studied under the eye of masters for a long time and receiving power insignia - with one move of the scepter he could decide about someone's life or death.
At the same time, these insignia - produced meticulously by artists skilled in the art of magic - they were healing and strengthening the spiritual forces instruments.
When the princes grew fat, and their power had less and less to do with Knowledge - the scepters (wands) were passed into the hands of witches (women who knew).
They knew the truth about people, they could bring relief to suffering, heal, change the bad fate, and also, what sometimes took place, harm, cast a spell, enchant& until they were exterminated at the stake.
In time, we placed them, along with the scepters, in-between stories.
Wands - although not quite consciously - are used by everyone, who want to stress their power.
They use pens, pointers, or even a finger or fork with this end in view. Who hasn't experienced, at least once, a parent or angry teacher waving a finger up and down "You! Smith are good for nothing!"? It is enough to remind yourself of a similar event, in order to feel, what crushing suggestion is coded deeply in the mind.
 According to the forgotten knowledge - using a wand in the forbidden direction (downwards) "we cut" the astral body (soul) like with a sword, like a wheezing whip.
This way we rid the "opponent" of his power over us. Using sharp words at the same time, we apply a kind of spell.
Every dependant and sensitive person feels defeated.
For a change, the scepter in the hands of people of good will has a salutary influence on the body, mind and soul.
